4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under the following legal bases: consent for marketing communications, contractual necessity to deliver services to active clients, legitimate interest for improving our website and responding to business inquiries, and legal obligation where required by applicable law.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from last contact. Client data is retained for the duration of the client relationship and up to 7 years afterward, as required by Moldovan fiscal and accounting law. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated.
