How it works, step by step
You identify the hire
You've found the candidate. They're based in Romania, Germany, or another country we cover. You agree on compensation and start date.
We prepare the employment contract
Ocnite drafts a locally compliant employment contract under the relevant country's labor law, including all statutory benefits, notice periods, and protections.
Contract signing
Both the employee and Ocnite sign the contract. You sign a separate service agreement with Ocnite defining the commercial terms.
Onboarding
Ocnite handles all HR onboarding: registrations with local authorities, benefits enrollment, equipment coordination if needed, and first payslip setup.
Ongoing payroll and HR
Every month, Ocnite processes payroll, files payroll taxes, handles leave requests, manages HR queries, and provides you with a consolidated invoice.
Offboarding (when needed)
If a role ends, Ocnite manages the termination process compliantly, notice periods, final payments, deregistrations, protecting both you and the employee.
